Delivery Information
At the Pulse Medical Store, we aim to provide the very best possible delivery service and our 75,000 sq ft warehouse contains thousands of equipment lines, everyday medical disposables and pharmaceuticals ready for immediate despatch.
If you place your order before 6pm and the product is in stock, we will normally despatch it to you the very same day*. More than 95% of our orders are received the next working day, ensuring ordering your medical supplies from us is a worry-free experience.
Delivery charges
All orders over over £100 excluding VAT are delivered free.
Whilst we do not charge for delivery for orders over £100, small orders with a value of less than £100 (excluding VAT) attract a small order charge of £5.53 (excluding VAT).
Our delivery partners
To ensure our products are delivered in a timely manner and in good condition, we carefully select our delivery partners, and use some of the largest carrier companies in the UK.

If you would like to track the status of a delivery, our Customer Service team will be happy to help. They are available weekdays between 9am and 6pm on 0800 212 855.
* Delivery small print: our despatch aims apply to goods in stock. Deliveries of non-stock (special purchase) items and products delivered directly from the manufacturer will vary. Due to storage and transport restrictions, temperature-sensitive refrigerated lines (such as some vaccines) are not despatched on a Friday.
